    Thank you for your interest in Cedar Crest. Amaranth and Chamomile are all sold out but we do still have an available 3 Bedroom unit at Palmetto 4th floor. Palmetto is set to be completed April 2012. I emailed you computations for the available 3 bedroom unit. Reservation for a unit is P20,000.00. If you want parking, it’s a separate purchase – 500k (covered), 400k (street parking). The parking follows the same terms as the units, with minimum Down payment of 20%, reservation P10,000.00.

    For inhouse financing you just need proof of billing, Valid IDs, TIN number and post dated checks. Also you must not be over 65 years old to qualify otherwise you would need to pay 100% Cash. I’ve emailed you details and computations for 2 bedroom units to be turned over 2012.

    We do still have 60 sqm units at our 2012 buildings. You can avail of Pag-Ibig once the building is completed since Pag-ibig requires the title and tax dec to be ready when you apply for the loan. Minimum Down payment for this project is 20% which can be spread through construction period. So wigth Marigold, you can spread this through 21 months

    The 60 sqm units at Hawthorn are those facing back. The front units are larger around 3.5M

    1. Facing amenities 49.5 sqm unit area P3.4M – 3.7M
    2. Not facing amenities 45 sqm unit area P2.7M – 2.8M (almost sold out in all buildings but we are going to have a new ones this September 25 at Building Marigold)

    Thank you for your interest in Cedar Crest. We have 5 buildings with a view of the pool, unfortunately, the end unit that you are interested in are sold out in these buildings. What we do have are 2 bedroom units that are facing the pool. We do still have 3 bedroom end units 83 sqm which are not facing the pool. I emailed you pricelist of units for your reference.

    If you pay in cash, you get 10% regular discount + 2% PDC discount + spot cash discount depending on the number of months left until the building is completed.

    Real nice finishing upgrades would be around 15k-25k per sqm

    We don;t have “no downpayment” schemes. What we have though is downpayment which can be spread through construction period. So say a building is set to be complete 15 months from now, the downpayment can be spread through 15 months at no interest.
