This Page is dedicated to re-openings of Units.  Reopened Units are special units that become available for selling for certain cases in which a former buyer backs out, transfers to another unit, repossessed units etc.  The importance of this is when a certain project is out of units that you want and through this page you get first hand information when the unit you want becomes available.

REOPENINGS ARE ANNOUNCED EVERY TUESDAY EVERY WEEK AND WILL BE OPEN FOR SELLING THE FOLLOWING DAY

Things to know about Reopened Units:

1. At the day of Selling , the units would be FIRST COME FIRST SERVED WITH NO OPTION FOR HOLDING 8AM-12PM

2. In cases where buyers arrive at the same time, there will be drawing of lots between the buyers

3. Buyers should be already REGISTERED and must have their RESERVATION AGREEMENT and RESERVATION FEE ready.

4. Holding of units can start 12:01PM if no one reserves during the FIRST COME FIRST SERVED period.
