1. How do I make a Reservation?
To Reserve a unit, you need the Reservation fee, Client Registration Form, TIN, Reservation Agreement. The rest of the requirements can come later. Visit Reservation Requirements for more info.
2. What are the terms that you have?
For High Rise projects, we have the 10-10-80 Promo wherein First 10% can be paid through 3-6 months or through construction period at 0% interest. Second 10% to be paid for the next 12 months also at 0% interest and the remaining Balance can be paid through In-house up to 10 years/Bank up to 15 years/Pag-Ibig Financing up to 30 years.
For mid-rise projects, minimum downpayment is 10% (except for Cedar Crest 15%), and the remaining balance can be paid through In-house up to 10 years/Bank up to 15 years/Pag-Ibig Financing up to 30 years.
For house and lots/Townhouses, minimum downpayment is 30%.
3. Can I use Pag-Ibig to purchase a property?
Yes you can. But you can only apply for Pag-Ibig when the project is constructed. If you use opt for Pag-Ibig, you will initially be under In-house financing until draw down of the Pag-Ibig loan. Within 6 months, the amortizations made through In-house financing will be credited in FULL.

5. How about Parking?
Parking is a separate computation, separate title. We have covered and outdoor parking. There would be free open parking but this would be first come first served basis.
6. When do I get to move in to my unit?
After completing the minimum downpayment you will be tasked to inspect the unit, settle the turnover fees (usually around 20k). This process would take at most a month. You can move in within that month
7. How much are the monthly association dues?
Association dues vary from project to project. It’s around 35-50 pesos per sqm of the total area of your purchased unit.
8. Are they Furnished?
No they aren’t furnished. Some projects though have the Home Starter Kit, where you can purchase a package deal for furnishings.
9. What are Closing Fees?
Closing Fees covers Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Fees, Registration Fees, notarial and documentation fees and other administrative and handling fees in order to transfer title to buyer’s name. This should be settled before you loan from Bank or Pag-Ibig since they require this.

11. Can I hold the unit even if I haven’t decided on Reservation yet?
Yes. If you are a local client, you can have the unit held for one (1) day. If you are overseas, you can have the unit held for three (3) days. During your holding period, no one can reserve the unit other than you. Units have a maximum of 2 holds and after the hold lapses, it’s going to be open to all with no option for holding for 1 day. You can hold maximum of two units. If you wish to avail of a hold, fill out your registration here and indicate what unit you would want put on hold.
12. THE UNIT TYPES I WANTED ARE ALL SOLD OUT!! Is there a way to still get the unit I want?
Yes. We get the latest updates for reopened units. These are announced a day before they are reopened. Reasons for reopening would be, a unit is released from corporate hold, original buyer backs out or transfers to a different unit, model units are turned over to inventory, etc. Once a unit reopens, it’s going to be “First Come, First Served with no option to Hold until 12:00 PM” . It is essential that you pretty much know about the unit you are interested in and have your Client Registration Form, Reservation Agreement and the Reservation Fee ready. 13. Do you accept agents?
I do accept agents and your commission would be way above from that of what Property Consultants get when you get accredited.
