    The current units we have right now are Cielo End units which would take 16 months to build. The newly released units are Duplex Cielo townhouses. Cheapest is around 8.3M and 7.3M if paid in Cash

    The Sofia Townhouses were launched June of last year. It takes 12 months for a unit to be built. The computations that you see are standard but is negotiable. Currently all Sofia units are sold out but we expect a new set of clusters to be released soon. Another townhouse is called the CIELO. It has a larger floor area than Sofia at about the same price.

    The area is a flood-free zone even during Ondoy
