Reservation and Registration

In a nutshell these are what you need:

1. Client Registration Form  -

2. Reservation Agreement – will be provided

3. Reservation Fee – P20,000.00 (condo unit),P10,000.00 (parking), P50,000.00 (house and lot)

4. Two(2) Valid IDs, TIN. no. (if any)

5. Special Power of Atty. (if needed for buyers abroad).

6. Post Dated Checks (for monthly amortization and downpayments)

Procedure for Overseas Buyers

Option 1: To facilitate the process , you can print and fill out the Reservation Agreement together with the Client Registration Form

then kindly scan it and email it back to me . The original copy of Forms will be sent via courier before or after the reservation has been made and will be sent back to the Philippines as part of the requirements. . Have someone here provide the Payment of Reservation.

Option 2: A duly authorized representative can reserve in your behalf . For this purpose, a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney must be executed designating your duly authorized representative. (SPA). The Special Power of Attorney must be consularized by the Philippine Consulate in the buyer’s present country.
Upon reservation, you will be asked to fill up a Reservation Agreement form. Along with this, a reservation fee of P20,000 for the unit.

The reservation is non-refundable and is valid for 30 days only. To complete your reservation, the following documents must be submitted within 15 days:

1. Signed Reservation Agreement ,Client Registration form and Final computation Sheet

2. Photocopy of valid ID or Passport. Two (2) ID is issued by the government

3. If applicable, a Special Power of Attorney. The Special Power of Attorney must be consularized by the Philippine Consulate in the buyer’s present country.

4. Valid ID of the Special Power of Attorney holder.

5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)

In order to verify your address/contact information of the buyer, Any of the following required documents must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of reservation.

1.Proof of Billing addressed to the principal buyer .(Billing for utilities ,Insurance Billing, BankStatement)

2.Certificate of Employment (original copy) with information on the home address.

3.Identification Card  (photocopy) with information on the home address.

Failure to submit required documents within seven (7) calendar days may cause cancellation of reservation.

After submission of the required documents, we will be sending via courier the Contract to Sell and you will be asked to sign it. For Special power of Atty. , they will be asked to sign the Contract to Sell in behalf of the unit owner . To avoid the cancellation of your reservation, please make sure to complete all requirements within 30 days from the reservation date.
