Thank you for your interest in Sorrel Residences. I emailed you sample computations you requested. As for requirements, you would need, proof of billing, valid IDs, marriage certificate if applicable, TIN numbers. Payments for amortizations are made through Philippine Post Dated checks so you would need to prepare this as well after a month from reservation.
To reserve a unit, you only need to fill out 2 forms and provide the reservation fee either cash or check payable to DMCI-PDI.

hi, good eve…may I know if when will be the construction of this sorrel?, may I request for sample computation for a 1bedroom unit at third floor, also give me descriptions for the indoor amenities what floor it will be?, how about the parking slot?is it basement parking? and where will be the sky park and sky lounge that was mentioned? what floor are those amenities?…

Thank you for your interest in Sorrel Residences. Emailed you computations you requested. The amenities locations haven’t been finalized yet but may be located on the ground level, 2nd level or 3rd level. The sky lounge would be at the topmost floor.
